1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract where you live. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. What the service provides
Visual Roleplay provides AI-generated suggestions for replies, openers, conversation analysis, and fictional roleplay. Outputs may be inaccurate, inappropriate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You decide whether to use or send any output and remain responsible for your communications, conduct, and decisions. We do not guarantee dating, relationship, social, or other outcomes.
3. Responsible use
You may use Visual Roleplay only for lawful, consensual, and respectful communication. You must follow our Content Policy and may not use the service to deceive, impersonate, exploit, stalk, threaten, harass, or violate another person’s rights.
Do not upload private conversations or images unless you have a lawful basis to process them. Remove unnecessary identifying or sensitive information before uploading.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to its email address. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create risk, violate these terms, or misuse the service.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
Visual Roleplay Pro is offered for the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Whop processes checkout, recurring billing, payment methods, invoices, trials, and cancellations. Applicable taxes may be added.
A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. You can manage or cancel from Settings by opening the Whop membership portal. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms shown at checkout, Whop’s applicable policies, and applicable law.
Deleting your Visual Roleplay account does not itself cancel a Whop subscription. Cancel recurring billing in the Whop portal before deleting your account.
6. Ownership
We retain rights in the service, software, branding, and product design. You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for personal purposes. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Visual Roleplay and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, reputational harm, or decisions made using AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product, law, or our practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the service where reasonably possible. Questions may be sent through the contact method published on visualroleplay.com.
