Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service. Sign in with an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through it.

2. The service

VisualRoleplay lets you save identity reference photos, import private albums, choose scenes from the published Remix catalog, and submit face-swap generations. The generation workflow sends the full target photo with the red circle you draw, together with your chosen identity reference, to the image provider. It does not send a face crop or separate face mask.

AI-generated results can be unexpected or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that a face, lighting, pose, clothing, or other detail will match your request exactly, or that the service will always be available.

3. Your content and permissions

You keep the rights you already hold in photos and other content you submit. You give us and our service providers a limited permission to store, display to you, transmit, transform, and process that content only to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service.

You may upload another person's image only if you have the rights and clear consent needed to store and edit it. You must not use the service to create an edit of a real person without their consent. You are responsible for the rights and lawful use of any output. The Acceptable Use Policy applies to all images, circle drawings, and generations.

We do not claim ownership of your submitted photos or generated results. Results may be similar to images created for other users, and you are responsible for checking that your intended use is lawful and does not violate another person's rights.

4. Album imports

When you submit an album URL, you confirm that you are allowed to access and use the linked material for the import and generation you request. Importing an image does not give you ownership or a license from its creator. Do not import or use content in a way that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, or a site's lawful access restrictions.

Private imported albums expire after seven days. Photos in the published Remix catalog remain available until an administrator removes them.

5. Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Each completed face-swap output costs 10 credits. Failed outputs are refunded in credits. Current plans, top-ups, eligibility, and payment details are set out in our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy and displayed before purchase.

Credits are account-bound, are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and may only be used for eligible features. Monthly credits expire when the billing period resets. Purchased top-up credits do not expire under the current credit system.

Checkout and payment processing are provided by Whop and its payment partners. Your purchase is also subject to the price, tax, renewal, and cancellation information shown during checkout.

6. Acceptable use and enforcement

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may suspend an account or generation when reasonably needed to address a safety, security, legal, payment, or service-integrity concern. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide a way to contact support.

7. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for authentication, storage, image processing, email delivery, analytics, and payment. Their services may be unavailable or subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will make reasonable efforts to handle interruptions that affect your account.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may cancel a subscription as described in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, subject to applicable law. When access ends, content is handled under the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that a generated result will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
