Plans and top-ups

• Creator is $12.99 per month and includes 1,000 monthly credits.
• Studio is $24.99 per month and includes 4,000 monthly credits.
• Top-ups are one-time purchases at 100 credits per $1. The minimum top-up is $10, and an active paid subscription is required to buy one.

Prices are in US dollars before any applicable tax. The final checkout total is shown by the payment provider before you authorize payment. Payment is processed by Whop and its payment partners.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel renewal from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your current paid access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. You can restore renewal before that period ends.

Unused monthly credits expire when the monthly period resets. Purchased top-up credits do not expire under the current credit system. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Generation charges and failed outputs

Each completed face-swap output costs 10 credits. If an output fails, its reserved credits are returned automatically. For a batch, completed outputs are charged and failed outputs are refunded in credits. A credit refund is not a cash refund.

Refund requests

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital purchases are not refundable merely because you did not use the service or later cancel a subscription. We will review duplicate or unauthorized charges and cases where a paid feature was not provided. Contact us promptly at [email protected] and include the checkout email, order reference, and a short description. Do not email full payment-card details.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the credits connected to it may be removed. If those credits have already been spent, spending may be paused while the account is reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other right that cannot legally be waived in your location.
