Acceptable Use Policy

Consent and rights

• Only save or upload images you own or have permission to use.
• Before editing a real person's appearance, get their clear consent to the image processing and the intended use of the result.
• When importing or using an album, respect the creator's rights, the source site's rules, and the privacy of people shown in the images.
• You are responsible for where you publish or share a generated image.

Prohibited uses

• Creating, requesting, distributing, or facilitating child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or other exploitative content involving anyone under 18.
• Creating or distributing non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized face edits, or other intimate content depicting a person without their explicit consent.
• Impersonation, fraud, scams, harassment, threats, stalking, blackmail, or attempts to cause targeted harm.
• Using the service to identify, track, profile, or make consequential decisions about a person based on facial or other biometric information.
• Violating copyright, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights, or using images obtained through unlawful access.
• Uploading malware, bypassing usage limits, sharing account credentials, probing the API, or disrupting the service or another account.

Reporting and enforcement

To report content or account activity, email [email protected]. Include a description and, if available, the album or generation reference. Avoid forwarding private images unless they are necessary to describe the report.

We may remove content, restrict a generation, or suspend an account to investigate a credible safety, legal, payment, or security concern. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people and the service.
